Prime-Time Healthâ„¢ is a scientifically proven plan that provides a roadmap to better health for both adults and seniors, focusing on living a longer, healthier life. As adults age or have neglected their health, they can encounter different health issues that they did not experience when they were young. The Prime-Time approach empowers individuals to take charge of their health and learn how to:

  • Prevent disease and unhealthy aging
  • Boost energy levels, reduce stress, sleep better, and think sharper
  • Use good nutrition to help decrease pain and inflammation
  • Reduce the risk of cancer, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and arthritis
  • Become fit, flexible, and strong

I am a certified health coach for older adults and seniors through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. The program I offer consist of researched-based content sessions that educate and support aging adults on the four pillars of health:
Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition (L.E.A.N.).

Services

Individual Coaching

7-9 weeks program or 11-13 program.

Through personalized coaching, we will first explore your health challenges, desires, and goals. You will fill an in-depth health questionnaire. Accordingly, we will create a plan so you can have a healthier lifestyle. I will speak with you weekly or bi-weekly to gauge your progress and answer your questions. I will educate you regarding health topics such as inflammation, the importance of nutrition, exercise, how our body creates its own medicine, and more.

Pantry Makeover

Pantry Makeover is a perfect way to help you get personalized information about applying Traffic Light Eating to improve your health. During this one-hour session, you will first learn the concept of Traffic Light Eating and how to decipher food labels, which will help you easily and quickly determine the best foods to choose for you and your family. In your house, we then go through the items in your pantry and fridge, and freezer, filling out a Traffic Light Shopping List and going over the  Substitutions Lists.

We will wrap up the session by going over how to complete a shopping list so you are prepared the next time you hit the grocery store!

Additional hours can be purchased, so I can also help you organize your pantry in a way that will reflect your new food choices for easy and accessible usage.

Meal planning

Helping you choose what food and meals to prepare, offering you recipes and product recommendations so you can create weekly meals plan in advance. Remember: it is 80% planning and 20% execution.

Recipe swap groups

Through health coaching, you will learn how to take charge of your health in a non-judgmental, non-shaming manner. I will keep you accountable and on track, help you gain knowledge and a deeper understanding of a healthy lifestyle, and keep you motivated!
